With a background spanning customer service, operations, and leadership, Laura blends strong organizational skills with a calm, people-focused approach. Whether she’s helping a client prepare for a meeting, coordinating with team members, or solving day-to-day challenges, she’s known for her reliability, attention to detail, and upbeat energy.
Laura’s journey to her current role is anything but traditional. She’s managed logistics for large-scale projects, officiated Division 1 soccer matches under pressure, and coached athletes toward their goals—all experiences that shaped her ability to think on her feet, communicate clearly, and handle any situation with confidence.
