Temporary Full-Time Receptionist (Tax Season)
Location: C.H. Dean, LLC
Duration: Thursday, February 20, 2025 to Thursday, April 17, 2025

Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Temporary Full-Time Receptionist to join our team during the tax season. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Greet clients upon arrival and guide them to their scheduled meetings.
- Perform light receptionist duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining the reception area and conference rooms.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time temporary position with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
