Vice President, Director of Operations and Portfolio Administration
As a vice president with the firm and member of the departmental leadership team, Dave oversees a group that provides seamless trading and operational support for investment teams operating in multiple geographic locations. This includes all investment accounts managed by C.H. Dean, as well as the strategies of the firm’s sub-advisor, Dean Capital Management.
Dave also monitors evolving client needs for information and conducts ongoing reviews of emerging technologies available to support them.
Prior to his current role, Dave was a software programmer for Dean’s internal accounting system. He was also an operations manager for separately managed accounts at Transamerica Investment Management
Dave is a graduate of Sinclair Community College. In his spare time, he and his wife act as transport volunteers for rescue dogs leaving shelters for new homes outside of the Dayton area. He is also logging his 35th year as a volunteer firefighter.
