About John W. Bishop
As Client Concierge at C.H. Dean, John plays a key role in creating memorable, high-touch experiences for our clients. Whether he’s welcoming guests at a firm event, delivering important documents to a client’s home or office, or offering an extra hand during on-site meetings, John ensures every interaction feels personal, thoughtful, and seamless.
With a friendly presence and a genuine commitment to service, John helps reinforce the strong relationships we’ve built with the families and businesses we serve. His behind-the-scenes support helps everything run smoothly, especially during client-facing moments that matter most.
John has been with Dean since 1989 and has served in various roles across operations and client service. His deep understanding of the firm and dedication to our clients make him a trusted and familiar face for many. John is a graduate of North Central State College, where he studied criminal justice. He has completed extensive coursework in accounting and computer science. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, model trains, and cheering on the Dayton Flyers!
