About Lisa A. Gross

Lisa started her career with C.H. Dean in 1989 and is currently a manager in the corporate accounting and administration department. She is responsible for many accounting and administrative functions. Lisa also supports performance reporting of the firm’s composite investment strategies as well as provides administrative support to the executive leadership team.

She was a member of the portfolio operations team at Dean prior to assuming her current role. Lisa has also held various financial management positions at other organizations prior to Dean.

Lisa has a degree in accounting from Sinclair Community College. As someone who loves studying the past, one of her favorite pastimes outside of work is acting as genealogy researcher.

Dean’s strong spirit of teamwork makes this a great place to work and is why I’ve been with the firm for the majority of my career. The internal collaboration not only contributes to the positive culture, but makes each day interesting.
