About Matthew T. Wallace

Matt oversees many of C.H. Dean’s relationships with wealth management and retirement plan clients. He is also a member of the firm’s departmental leadership team and the investment committee.

In his capacity as a wealth advisor, Matt engages in highly consultative discussions with individuals and families to help them define the vision for their life. He designs and implements personalized wealth and investment strategies to support the achievement of their life goals.

He guides the firm’s retirement plan clients on various aspects of plan design, administration, and investment selection, as well as conducts plan sponsor and employee education meetings. His focus is to help ensure retirement plans align with the client’s objectives.

In 2010 Matt joined Dean in the firm’s accounting department after spending time as a staff accountant at Crowe LLP in Columbus, Ohio and prior to that was a tax intern at Dean while attending college. He was subsequently appointed manager of the firm’s wealth management services, followed by his role as the director of investments and retirement plan services, before assuming his current role as Executive Vice President and Chief Client Officer.

Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Dayton. He holds his Series 65 license. When he’s not working, you can find him attending his young children’s sporting events.

I thrive when helping each and every client address his or her unique set of challenges. Problem solving is inherent in my DNA and also an important aspect of the Dean culture.
